In this movie, Derek Ramsay plays Ram Escaler, a furniture salesman torn between his wife, Charmaine dela Costa (Cristine Reyes), and his mistress, Kara Zalderiaga (Anne Curtis).
Ram Escaler (Derek) is a charming and hardworking furniture salesman, married to Charmaine dela Costa (Cristine) for three years. As young couple, they are full of zest with a bright future. They live in a house given to them as wedding gift by Charmaine's father who therefore puts the couple under his influence.
When Ram learns that Mr. Zalderiaga, head of Zalderiaga Group of Companies, is looking for a furniture supplier for his new resort, he grabs the opportunity. With the deal, Ram expand his business and save enough money to buy his own house and live out of his father-in-law's shadow.
Mr. Zalderiaga hires Ram who soon catches the eye of Zalderiaga's daughter Kara (Anne), a young and beautiful but careless socialite instantly attracted to Ram. The fact that the Zalderiaga patriarch warm to Ram also impresses Kara.
When Ram and Kara are introduced to each other, there's a palpable sexual tension between them. The whole night, Kara flirts with Ram who continues to resists her. She proposes a relationship "with no string attached," assuring Ram that she doesn't want to be mistress but is only out to have some fun, who will Ram join her?
Ram soon finds himself falling in love with Kara.
As Charmaine "the perfect wife" struggles to save her marriage, she becomes appalling and a monstrous version of herself. As the once carefree mistress, Kara becomes clingy to Ram and the person who can destroy her family's reputation
and the family of the man she loves.
In the process, the three people eventually learn what a passionate affair can lead them to and what lessons they can learn from it, and how the whole sordid affair can change their lives forever.
