Promising young stars Jessy Mendiola and Enrique Gil; legendary luminaries of Philippine movie industry including Dante Rivero, Gloria Sevilla and Barbara Perez; and seasoned actors namely Tirso Cruz III, Zsa -Zsa Padilla, Mylene Dizon, Christian Vasquez, and Janice de Belen who makes a comeback in the Kapamilya network.
From the direction of the two great directors Ruel S. Bayani and Tots Sanchez-Mariscal, Budoy is set to highlight the value of education among the Filipino youth while stressing those individuals known to be mentally-challenged.
